They are: Northridge Earthquake-Turning Loss to Gain: In response to Governor Wilson's Executive Order #W-78-94, the Seismic Safety Commission has published this non-technical report on the adequacy of seismic building standards, land use planning and lifeline policies during the Northridge Earthquake and it contains 168 recommendations for state and local governments.
